Nicole Chavez is a Republican New Mexico State Representative for District 31, elected in 2024. Her New Mexico family roots go back 200 years. She is the Director of Sales, Outreach, and Retention for Presbyterian Health Plan. She founded Robbed New Mexico, a victims advocacy organization.

Family & Heritage

Nuevomexicana with family roots in NM going back 200 years. Raised in a staunchly Democratic family but switched to Republican after advocating for crime victims. Her oldest son Jaydon Chavez-Silver was tragically shot and killed on June 26, 2015, shortly after being accepted to the Air Force Academy.
