Elaine Marzola is a Nevada Assemblywoman representing District 21 in Henderson and a Brazilian immigrant. Born in Rio de Janeiro, she immigrated with her parents to Las Vegas in 1984 at age ten. She is a personal injury lawyer and a member of the Nevada State Bar since 2011. She serves as Speaker Pro Tempore and Democratic Caucus Chair in the Assembly.
