Dylan Fernandes is a Massachusetts State Senator representing the Plymouth and Barnstable District. A fourth-generation Falmouth resident of Portuguese and Puerto Rican descent, he previously served in the Massachusetts House from 2017 to 2025 representing Falmouth, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. Over 30 of his bills have been signed into law.

Family & Heritage

Fourth-generation Falmouth resident. Paternal great-grandparents came to Massachusetts from the Azores and Puerto Rico. Father Mario Fernandes owns a landscaping company; mother Tessa Lineaweaver of Woods Hole owns Flying Pig Pottery.
