Christian De Jesus Franco is a community leader and banking professional from Chelsea, Massachusetts. Born in Puerto Rico, he moved to Chelsea at age five and was raised in public housing (Innes Apartments) by his single mother. He ran for Chelsea City Council District 1 in 2025, losing to incumbent Todd Taylor. He has served on the Chelsea Planning Board (as Clerk) and Human Rights Commission, and is a church leader at St. Luke's-San Lucas Episcopal Church.
